- Governor Walker to Visit Show
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is planning to visit the 2011 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days show on July 12 near Marshfield. He will be attending the opening ceremony at 9:00 am in the Family Living Tent. This Marathon County show takes place on Seehafer Acres farm located on Hihway 97 north of Marshfield. The dates of the show are July 12-14.
- Purchasing Food at the 2011 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days Show
Food Tents accept cash only at the 2011 show in Marathon County July 12-14. In tent city at the show, there are three ATM´s located on Sixth Street but if credit card is your only option, you can purchase "Food Vouchers" at Show Headquarters at Sixth and Central or at the Marathon County Tent on Sixth Street with your VISA or Mastercard. Food vouchers come in $2 and $6 denominations. Vouchers can be used for food purchases at any of the Food and Beverage Tents. There is no change given or cash value for vouchers. When arriving at the show, please pickup a program which contains a tent city map. Programs are available at all information booths.
